Refund Policy

At Notary Success Academy, we are committed to providing practical, professional training designed to help people confidently pursue the Notary Signing Agent path.

Because our training includes immediate access to digital content, educational materials, and proprietary resources, please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products and Training Access

All Notary Success Academy courses, memberships, downloadable materials, webinars, and digital products are considered digital educational products.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Membership Cancellations

If you enroll in a recurring membership program, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but does not retroactively refund prior payments already processed.

Unless otherwise specified, you will continue to have access through the remainder of your active billing period.

3. Refund Requests

We understand situations may arise where a refund request is appropriate.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are considered at the sole discretion of Notary Success Academy.

  • purchase date
  • product or membership purchased
  • reason for the request

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • digital downloads
  • completed webinar access
  • accessed course materials
  • coaching sessions already conducted
  • membership payments already processed
  • promotional or discounted offers unless otherwise stated

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue or concern, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of account access
  • removal from membership programs
  • restriction from future purchases

6. Failed Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, continued access to training or membership materials may depend on maintaining current payments.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for failed or overdue payments.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
